Shawn you should have a facebook message from 2 months back where I sent you all the info... bur just in case I've pmed mine and Zelgar's emails.
Looks like you have the rest. O can also send you the Gencon ID's since the GM email says e-dresses in one place and Gencon ID's in another.

Next year we should probably consider having more than one EO so multiple can send the information in as needed.

I will be reimbersed for my ticket next year, correct? Or should I be looking forward to some credit on my GenCon account this year?

I just got an e-mail from Gencon indicating I have a GM's badge. Hurrah!

Now, it's time to see about getting reimbursement for the original badge I purchased Confused

I looked up my senario, just for giggles, and I noticed that there isn't a GM listed. I am just wondering if there is any way of correcting it?

Ok guys, I really need an answer, please. I sent an email to the event manager of GenCon concering the event I am running and this is the answer I got:

Basically, when Exile Games submitted those events, they didn’t put your email address in as the GM, so your names doesn’t show up in the event listings.
If you just want to double-check with them, they can talk to me to get that fixed. Since they submitted the events, they have to request the change, though.

Okay, I was lucky enough to get a hold of the gent involved with GEN CON stuff, and he's been incredibly kind.

Here's what he has to say:

If you have additional events, go ahead and submit them. I’ll be placing late events once I have the chance to turn to them.

As for GM names, if you can give me game IDs and email addresses, I can update them – just keep in mind that I have to it manually, and their names will not appear in the program book.

So, if you want to still submit an event you can. If you want your name added to your event it can be done if you give me the info he asked for above. As it says the names won't appear in this years guide book but they will appear on the website. This is only necessary for those that want their names added to their event.

Shawn, If you can get my All For One game (Game ID: RPG1123664) into the same room as the rest of the HEX games (at least the group of games you're managing), that would be great!

I will be picking up GM badges on Wednesday, and passing them out to GMS.

If you're a GM and you bought your pass you will need to turn in the badge you purchased for your GM badge to get a refund (that means sometime during the convention you will have to take time to do this or you will not be refunded your $).

Please IM me on here so I can give you my private phone number so we can meet up. I plan to meet GMS at their games if necessary.
