A friend of mine tried to sign up for the forums but he cannot get logged in. He is showing on the Memberlist as bruceifer and is member 801. The date shows as 9/1/11. It is not recognizing his password and it will not let him change it.

Anything else he should try?

Have him try again. I just checked his info and it said he wasn't an active user. (I have no idea why...) Anyway, I changed it to "yes".
